Sandra joined CCS Ltd as our office manager at a time when our turnover was in excess of 10 million. The business ran from 3 offices, East and West Midlands and Hertford (Head Office). My office ran approx 450 sites from Scotland to Cornwall with over 4500 staff, the majority of whom were part time.

During Sandra`s first 2 years of employment we successfully implemented processes for achieving ISO9002 which applied to every site whether a one cleaner or a 70 cleaner site. We were the first contract cleaning company to achieve this award for every site we cleaned.

A Temporary Works Order system was trialled and achieved such savings it was implemented across all offices before the end of the trial period. Company manuals were produced which outlined procedures for all aspects of our company and these were adhered to this ensured both compliance with ISO and also a smoother running office operation.

In the time Sandra was employed by CCS Ltd our bank balance was taken from a permanent overdraft to a healthy credit status. Policies were put into place to ensure not only good practise but cost effective solutions across our business.
