Ian is an IT project manager & database programmer and administrator who has deployed computer solutions since 1986. He manages the full project lifecycle from requirement & specification to implementation. His varied experience ensures optimum business solutions are delivered to meet customer requirements, within the required time schedules and budget.

For several years he co-developed and managed Dellnet UK, the corner stone for Dell Computer Corporations global network strategy in Europe. Through responsibility for managing network planning, design and implementation in Dell's international computer network he acquired a comprehensive practical knowledge of multi-vendor, multi-site networked environments.

Ians' extensive knowledge of PCs, LANs & WANs, operating systems and applications derives from working as one of the renowned Dell Technical Support hotline team, an experience which gave him a valuable insight into the importance of customer satisfaction and how to achieve a contented customer.

Having worked in the industry for over 21 years, he has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from small, single-office firms to international corporations with multiple-site networks.

Examples of projects include the responsibility for complete support & maintenance of many small 25-50 user networks ranging up to the position of Senior Consultant role for the implemenation of a 5,000 seat worldwide email network for Deutsche Bank.

He now specialises in IT project management and database programming and administration.
